I really think we need to hold the judgement on the deep mastery till it goes live with the healing changes too.

If there will be indeed larger health pools making our heals heal for less related to health pool size, making healing way more interesting on the mana upkeep level (for shamans anyways), a mastery that increases healing done on targets with lower health might actually rock the world.

I think you’re right on Meditation being about mana regen, as it is the name they use for an existing mana regen talent. It seems like a straightforward thing to use, inline with the melee/ranged boosts.

I’m finding the ‘Deep’ parts of the Mastery boosts a little underwhelming, but that’s par for the course for 51 point talents, so I don’t see why it would be any different.
